You could go nuts and put it on your mic boom, on the side of your racecar, on your helmet, watermark your GoPros, plop it on your jersey. Heck - maybe you should skywrite it. Who can be a Knowitall?
Any content creator, no matter how big or small, is welcome to join our platform. We believe that everyone has something unique to offer, and we're committed to helping people share their knowledge with the world.
What does it cost for the Knowitall?
There's no cost to create a Knowitall profile. However, you will be paid your rate minus our 15% fee for each session you complete.
Can I change my rate?
Sure, as many times as you would like, but any sessions booked under your then advertised rate will be charged at that rate.
How do my Clients pay?
Your clients can confidently use their credit or debit cards, as we use Stripe for secure transactions. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Apple Pay and Google Pay coming soon...
Why must I setup Stripe if I’m offering free sessions?
We’ve made it so that you can change your rate at any time, so Stripe must be set up when you get started on Knowitalls. Don’t worry – it only takes a few minutes, and even faster if you already have a Stripe account.
Why must a Client add a credit card to book a free session with a Knowitall?
A Client who is booking a new session with a Knowitall must complete the sign-up process, and that includes credit card information for payment. Don’t worry, if you’re booking a free session with a Knowitall who has a $0 rate, your credit card will not be charged.
How do I get started?
Creating your profile is easy - just click [Become a Knowitall] and follow the prompts to create your profile in minutes. Once complete, share your profile link with your followers and start booking sessions right away.
What else do I have to do after I create my Profile before I can get paid?
You should set your availability so that Clients will choose a time that makes sense for you.
You should also setup Stripe payouts so you can get paid right away after you complete your first session. If you already have a Stripe account, it will just require a login. If you're new to Stripe, you'll have to do some admin stuff, but you only have to do it once to get setup. Stripe setup is in Account/transactions.What kind of support do you offer to creators?
